Kiwi Christmas Books collects donations of brand new books to gift to Kiwi kids who would otherwise go without at Christmas time.
We think that great stories make great kids so each year, we put thousands of quality Kiwi books into the hands of children and young people whose families cannot afford to buy their own.

How you can help
Buy a book to donate
Kiwi picture books, chapter books, middle grade, young adult fiction, non-fiction, reference — we love them all. Donations open on November 1st each year, when you can donate your brand new book in-person or online at our participating bookstores.
Host a collection box
Collect donations of brand new books on our behalf at your school, office or workplace. Please get in touch if you want some advertising imagery and to arrange delivery or pick up of your collection.
Make a company donation
Want to create some Christmas cheer and donate on behalf of your business and staff? What good people you are! Let us know so we can sing your praises.
Buy gift cards for christmas presents
For $30.00, your employee / colleague / mate / Great Aunty Gertrude gets a lovely gift card - and a child in your town gets to unwrap a brand new book for Christmas.
